Terms of Service

These Terms of Service govern your use of Cube Scripts and the purchase of our digital products. By using our store you agree to these terms.

1. Products & licensing

All scripts sold on Cube Scripts are licensed, not sold. You receive a non-exclusive licence to use the product on your own FiveM server(s) as described on the product page. You may not resell, redistribute, leak or share the source code.

2. Payments

All payments are processed securely by Tebex, our authorised payment provider. We never store your card details. Prices are shown in the currency configured for the store and may include applicable taxes.

3. Refunds

Because our products are digital and delivered instantly, all sales are final and non-refundable, except where required by law. If a product is faulty, contact us and we will work to resolve the issue.

4. Delivery

Products are delivered automatically through your account immediately after a successful payment. If you do not receive your product, contact our support.

5. Support & updates

Support and updates are provided as described on each product page. We reserve the right to discontinue support for older versions.

6. Liability

Our products are provided "as is". We are not liable for any damages arising from the use or inability to use our products, to the maximum extent permitted by law.
